Many VesCor investors have received the letter below, or other similar letters, soliciting tax, legal and other professional services related to your VesCor investment losses.
Please note that this letter were not sent by the Receiver, the Securities and Exchange Commission, or the Utah Attorney General’s Office. The Receiver takes no position with regard to the validity or reliability of the services provided by these solicitations.
Please further note that you are not required to respond to these letters in order to ensure a recovery from the receivership estate.

WARNING
An individual named CRAIG ORROCK has been soliciting assignments of Vescor investors' claims. The Securities and Exchange Commission generally does not recognize assigned claims in the Plan of Distribution of the Receivership Estate. If you have been contacted by CRAIG ORROCK and wish to receive a distribution from the Vescor Receivership Estate, DO NOT assign your claim to him.
CRAIG ORROCK has also sent demand letters to certain Vescor investors demanding payment to him of amounts they may have received from Vescor. DO NOT pay these amounts. If you have been contacted by CRAIG ORROCK with such a demand, please notify the attorneys for the Receiver.
